Weights: Back & Biceps 8-12 reps
* Flat Bench - 5 sets
* Free Motion Incline Press - 5 sets
* DB Flys - 5 sets
* Smith Decline Press - 4 sets
* One arm Reverse Tricep Pressdowns- 5 sets
* Dips - 5 sets
* Pressdowns - 5 sets
Cardio:
* Bike 30 min.
